## Our Journey

Cushitic Cuisine was born from a deep-rooted passion for the diverse and vibrant flavors of East Africa. Inspired by a rich multicultural heritage spanning Eritrean, Somali, and Ethiopian traditions, our culinary journey began years ago with a cherished dream.

In early 2024, that dream materialized as a ghost kitchen, initially sharing authentic creations with a growing circle of friends and soon, a wider community. The overwhelming demand, fueled by the unique taste of our dishes and the infusion of beloved family recipes, quickly led to expanded catering services and a thriving online presence. This website marks the next exciting chapter, streamlining your experience and paving the way for a future physical restaurant.
